General Info

Zoe is practitioner of Raja Yoga, and has been practicing Meditation since 1995. She is talented artists, licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Reflexologist, Thai Massage and Reiki Practitioner. Having visited India over the past 7 years on spiritual pilgramages, she found her nitch, through inner guidance, and decided to work with her hands as a professional bodyworker. Zoe has always been keen about her health and overall wellness. She is intrigued with color, light and healing energy in nutrion and crystals. She is a vegetarian, maintains a healthy nutritional balance and obtains an exercise routine in her daily life. Following her life style choices as a raja yoga student and listening to her intuition, has led her to study massage, alternative and complimentary healing modalities to share with others. After several trips to India she followed her heart and became a certified reflexologist, willingly she became attuned as reiki practitioner, trained in authentic thai bodywork and soon after, she then received her license as a massage therapist. She is a graduate from the Elizabeth Grady School of Massage Therapy. Her looks are deceiving, because she is petit, but in fact, she is a powerhouse of a woman, her pressure is strong, yet firm, gentle and healing. Based on her intuition, Zoe has became focused on the healing arts. She's discovered that helping others to find relief from pain, and to overcome the blues, to be her lifetime passion. She knows that reflexolgy, reiki, massage all work, not because her clients tell her so, but because she also uses it on herself onset to getting a cold, her own body aches and pains or when she feels she needs a pick me up and has found it to prevent her from getting sick and from feeling sluggish. She also applies Gemstone Reflexology and Foot Reflexology to herself to enhance her mood and feel more energized. Zoe is interested in learning everything she can to allow others to take part in their recovery process and tune into their own bodies. She's ever-ready and continues her studies to further extend her healing technique to others.She is vigilant with keeping up with her spiritual development and finds balance with her work, art and dance. Zoe is personable and has a healing, up-lifting, soulful touch. She is trained in swedish massage, pregnancy massage, sports massage, neuromuscular (myofascial and trigger point) therapy, reflexology, thai massage, deep tissue massage. Knowledgeable in Japanese energy bodywork and MLD, (manual lymphatic drainage). She implements light and color therapy throughout her bodywork with the use of crystals. The ROM/Streching techniques are quite good and help open up hip joints and streches out muscles even more so. All her sessions are customizes to work with each individual client's needs.
