While a judge, he served on the committee to re-codify the rules of civil procedure in the State's district court system. He was a member of a three-judge committee implementing pre-trial diversion procedures involving the non-criminal handling of certain juvenile offenders. He also lectured judges on the rules of evidence at the Flashner Institute. He was joined in practice by his Son Andrew in 1965. Andrew concentrates his practice on probate, litigation and business law and manages the Boston office. In 1972, his son Peter joined the firm and opened a satellite office in Revere which eventually became the Lynnfield office in 1982. Judge Aloisi retired from the bench in 1980 and spent the rest of his life practicing law with his sons. Lou Aliberti came aboard in 2001 and concentrates on commercial real estate.
