I went here about a month ago to be fitted for contact lenses. I was a novice, and the doctor, knowing that, did not inform me of any important procedures. He never explained the contact lens fitting process, and I was "tricked" into being fitted for the most expensive brand which was $75 per box per eye (or $150 for 90 lenses both eyes)... Which is CRAZY expensive if you ask me. Now, I am almost out and am looking for another better office that will not steal money out of my pockets. Don't get me wrong.. the doctor was nice, but I feel as if he used his kindness to trick me into spending more. NEVER going back there again...

I visited this office 3 weeks ago and got a new prescription for my contact lenses and bought 1 year supply of the clear contact lenses from them. On one of the sites on the internet I found beautiful colored contact lenses with my dimensions and I ordered them. When a representative from the site called the Dr.’s office the first time, to verify the prescription, they said that my prescription was expired. I called the Dr.’s office and reminded them that I was there 3 weeks ago. The second time a representative from the site called the Dr.’s office; they said that I was not fitted for color lenses. I called the Dr.’s office again and they assured me that I am fitted for color lenses and said that the company has to do a request via fax. The company did that. The next day I called The Dr.'s office and they said that they did not receive a fax. When the company called them, they said it is the wrong phone number. On the last call, they said that they are not going to approve the prescription. This is an obvious scam and they want me to buy lenses only from them. All this was very frustrating and disappointing. It was a horrible experience and a waste of time. I have been their patient for 5 years and did not expect a treatment like that. I am not going to go back there anymore. They lost me and my husband as customers!
