A Stroke of Genius Tattoos

I went to get a simple tattoo here. It is a very clean parlor and that's what attracted me on top of all of the great reviews... When I got there the girl was very sweet and helpful. Once it came time to place the stencil I asked her to adjust it a few times just so I could be positive it is exactly where I would want my tattoo(this thing is going to be on my body forever) she got extremely rude. She even told me she would not adjust it anymore(after two attempts). I was treated as though I was an inconvenience and an annoyance. When you're getting a tattoo, the artist and other employees should be trying to make you as comfortable with your choice of parlor as possible. I have never felt so uncomfortable and felt as though my business was not appreciated at all! I do not recommend. Experience and skill is everything. Amazing skill but absolutely terrible experience.

This is by far the best shop in South Florida. Amazing work. I have gotten my last three tattoos here and won't go anywhere else.

Outstanding from when you walk in and are immediately greeted with friendly faces and positive welcomes, to when the service is finished and are awed by the work finished on your skin. I absolutely recommended coming to get your tattoos done by any of the artists at the shop from Ackerman, Sharkie, Apollo, and many others...or even to just come chill. Big shout out! To Rob and Dave, the minds behind the business, who let the artists worry about what they are awesome at.

I've had several tattoos done here, Sharkey does amazing work! Everyone else is welcoming and friendly, they put you at ease and make you feel at home. Clean, beautiful and professional atmosphere!

Welcoming staff, professional, they are all so easy to talk to, so helpfull in creating the perfect tattoo. Justin did the most beautiful "TCB" in blue on my leg. Going back for more!

My ear piercing got so infected 4 days after these idiots pierced me. I was put on several antibiotics for a week by my doctor to stop the infection. She said I was suspetible to staph and could have been more serious. My ear was constantly oozing fluids. I had to take out the new piercing and an old one. They completely destroyed my ear and were basically uninterest/ unsympathetic when I informed them of the trouble they caused me. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS! especially the manager Rob (bad business ethics all around)

Very clean, staff is very professional. Jay Black is a master of color..I have had my third tattoo there and could not be happier.

SOG is one of the better shops I've ever been in, they do great custom work and it's a super clean shop. The staff is also cool people rather than the typical tattoo snob douce bags you find at a lot of other places. I would and have recomended this shop to many of my friends. See for yourself, chcek out the shop, talk to the artists, and see the work they've done.
