The other posters must not have first hand knowledge of how this place really operates. The front office staff is rude, especially the office manager. If you are NOT a long time client or you haven't spent hundreds of dollars with them they will NOT bend over backwards for you. The technicians that work there are not even licensed. Instead they prefer to hire people off the street so they don't have to pay them tech salary. Not sure about you but I wouldn't want someone who does not have any formal training working on my animal. I have seen the office manager belittle her staff in front of co-workers and clients! I'm sorry but that is not good work ethnics and I refuse to take my animal somewhere like that. Just because the doctor pretends to be friendly and competent does not mean they are. I would do my homework before taking my animal here.

Dr. Branson and Dr. Roof are true animal lovers. I trust their care of my pets 100%. Blythewood has a great staff that also puts the interest of your pet first. Blythewood has been my vet since I became a pet owner and I will never change. Not only are they caring towards your pets they also take in strays and adopt them out. Dr. Branson has done this since opening her practice due to the rural area and all of the abandoned animals. If you want a vet who will care for your pet as much as you do; Blythewood is the one!!!

Drs Branson and Roof have treated my cars and dogs over many years. The care they provide is second to none. I highly recommend them.
