Overall

My fiancé and I have been renting from Results for almost 3 years. Repairs and upkeep to our condo are always done to satisfaction. Hopefully we will be here for 2 more years while we save up for our own house.

Results Real Estate Services LLC practices fair housing policies and maintains an "A" rating with the better business bureau. You are given an option to ask for your credit report in writing and were upfront about the 5 criteria of our selection process.

did application fee for a unit belonging to results real estate the application was 40.00 they did not contact any of my landlords to verify rental history they were very rude when I contacted them back to find out why I was denied. The reasons for denial we're very vague and despite me talking to the agent telling them that their were flaws on my credit the agent insisted that there may be an additional deposit but it was not an automatic denial this property has been for rent for quite some time. from what I understand after speaking to them they are just collecting application fees and denying all of them it's a hustle. they are not up front or honest. and a gentleman lied to me and told me there was no Quintin Kearney they are beyond rude and I hope someone exposes their shady business practices

I will be moving in at the end of this week and will update this after we have lived there a few months. So far my experience with Results has been pleasant. I was a little leery after reading some of the reviews but everyone I dealt with was incredibly polite. I did have an issue with my application where my credit score was lower than their minimum and I asked if there was anything they could do because I was just in love with the townhouse they had listed. I spoke with Heather and she told me she would call the owners to see what she could do and was very understanding of our situation. She called me back very quickly and said that if we paid a larger deposit, they would approve our application. I accepted the conditions and put my deposit down that day. When I went to go look at the townhouse it was in far better condition than I had anticipated. I feel like I got the deal of a lifetime with the quality of home for the price I will be paying. I have not once encountered a rude employee and have been working closely with both Heather and John. From day one they were both beyond helpful and very understanding of my situation. From my experience so far, I would recommend them to anyone. I have already recommended them to some of my friends looking for homes in the Blue Springs area. I have dealt with bad landlords and I have dealt with rude and disconnected service. From my experience so far, this place has neither.

Long story but it's worth the time to read

I live in a property that is management by Results and all I can say is they do not put maintanance request 1st. I had a maintanance request that needed to be complete be 4 a certain day and there maintanance guy showed up 2 days later. I had a maintanance request in for this microwave that they have installed in my unit. The Maintnance guy came out but never returned to fix the issue. Now it has been over a yr and still no one has fixed it. I now have a request in for my towlet stole and my stair rail I put this order in 3 weeks ago now today they tell me they do not have any request in. I can never reach the maintanance guy Pat. Then the lady in the office by the name of Heather wants to get smart over the phone when I keep calling in. Instead of them reaching their workers they will give you the phone number to reach their maintanance men. By which they never answer then when you call the office back you have Heather there telling you we have over 3,000 properties to manage we won't get back with you if you keep calling. So I guess my $950.00 a month for this townhome im paying means nothing to them. I also think the units are very cheaply put together. You can hear your neighbors through the walls very good, you can hear people walking upstairs inside of your own unit as if they are stomping thru the townhouse. Every step bump or noisy is carried out thru these walls and floors as if the walls and floors were not here. I am very upset with the management of these properties. For tenants to be paying so much I would expect to get better service. But this will most definitely be my last year living under their management.

Bad Business

Worst renting experience ever, and I'm not the only one. There was actually a website at one point made by and for people screwed over by this company. In my case and in many others that I have read about, no matter what you do, they do not give you your deposit back. And the most frustrating part of it all, they are never available and do not return phone calls. I definitely would not recommend to anyone!

Awful!

Results Property Management is the worst property manager I have experienced. I was not allowed to move in until two weeks past when my lease started and management tried to collect a full months rent. There were several move in issues (hole in wall, dirty carpet, walls spot painted), management was rude and disrespectful, management tried to lie about what my lease stated, to date have not recieved a security deposit back and when I try to speak with the manager I am told he is out of the office and I never have recieved a returned call. Terrible overall experience, suggest to everyone not to rent from Results Property Management
