Sprint

Terrible and worst experiences with this store. When I first sign in the lease agreement they told me I can upgrade my phone after six months. After six months they told me I have to wait one year. Now, they me I have to wait until 18 months. Otherwise, I have to pay panalty. Totally, ridiculous and frustrating.

I have been with Sprint for 7 years and I have never had an issue with them. I went into this sprint store because I was having an issue with my HTC touch. My phone was on low memory and continued to read that I had insufficient storage and or memory. I din't have anything on my phone so I couldn't understand why it was saying that. I went into the store to see if someone could fix it for me. I waited there 2 hours only for them to tell me that I needed a new phone. I ordered a new phone which they told me would be in in 5 days. An entire week later, I still hadn't heard anything from them so I called, they told me it would be another week. 3 weeks later still no phone. In the meantime I sat there and started looking through my phone. I found out that it was running all types of programs, I ended all my running programs and it solved my problem. Not only did the "tech" not know what he was doing, but I never received a call from them, and I never got the phone which they "ordered for me". Never again. I'll drive to wayne before I walk into that store. HORRIBLE!!
