Cedric was my salesman he was very professional and nice to my family. We got the exact car we wanted and also got a home cooked meal while we waited for our sale to be finished.

Cedric my salesman was diligent in finding me the exactly the car l wanted and needed. I was made to feel like w valued customer and not just another number. I will definitely by my next car which will be my third purchase from Cedric at Serra Chevy

We bought a car here which we love, but the customer service was terrible. This was a guaranteed sell because we knew someone that worked there, but it took forever to get the paperwork completed. The finance manager was extremely rude to us acting as if we were stupid. Then we FINALLY got finished after about 6 hours (and they knew we were hurrying) and our car didn't even get detailed because they were so slow. Due to incompetent people there, it took over 3 months to get our tag. They didn't fill the paperwork out correctly, then sent it to the wrong state, then to the right state, but to the wrong DMV and they said they knew what they were doing, they just did it for someone else out ot state the week before. I absolutely do not recommend any SERRA company to anyone and in telling others about our experience, this seems to be what alot of people have experienced. It's not worth the hassle especially when you don't even get a good deal!
