Clay and Jesse came out to our home in Ashville around 4 pm and stayed actually way past 9pm just to help us get through our ac unit giving out on us. They guided us through getting a new unit. They explained the process and financing options and everything inbetween. Everything was flawless. Something that is usually stressful turned into a blessing and was completely stress free.They did a FANTASTIC job and were amazing. They not only were professional but they also were people that you could talk to and joke around. I definitely recommend them for any issues that you have with your heating or air. They definitely need a raise for all the work they do and how personal they are. I can not praise them enough for all they have done for us!!!

The men of this company are Con Artists and are only interested in making a profit off of desperate people.After having them come out to fix our air conditioner after it went out three weeks ago, surprise , surprise, it quit working again.This was the second time we called them out to fix it within three weeks. After they had come to our house the first time we looked up the part that they installed and they charged us double what it sells for, and to top it all off it was covered under warranty , yet they told us it wasn't. We ended up paying $400 to fix something that is now unfixable b/c they fried our compressor.They said they would refund our money, but we've yet to see a dime of it. We had another Legitimate company come out and look at it, and they told us what all perfect service did wrong! Perfect Service is a scam and con men plain and simple!!! Beware!!!

Satisfied customers since 2005! Through the years, Perfect Service has serviced us very well. They have cleaned our duct work, provided annual service/cleaning, and handled emergency calls. We will never forget the Easter Sunday when our AC would not come on and we had a house full of guest. Perfect Service responded immediately and solved the problem quickly. Perfect Service has also helped us lower our yearly cost by installing a permanent air filter and digital thermostat. We have old units (installed by another company) but Perfect Service keeps them going year after year!

Perfect Service called my mother with a promotional seasonal service and cleaning offer. My mother's HVAC unit did need to be cleaned, so she agreed. Tech came out, performed service but insisted that she needed a new unit. She informed him to call me, which he did and I specifically requested a written estimate to be left with her for my review this weekend. Instead, he spent hours attempting to sale her on a new unit (knowing I would be the one making the decision) and tried to get her to sign a contract prior to him leaving. This company uses high pressure sales techniques, and essentially took advantage of the situation. Please consult the Birmingham BBB prior to any business dealings with this company.

I had my new unit installed in August of 2006. Several months later it was apparent something was wrong as my electric bills were through the roof. The technicians came out and discovered the problem and told me that the company should be able to provide some form of compensation for the bills since it was caused by a defect in the unit itself. The service manager also got involved and was extremely helpful, but the owner at that time took over and essentially made it clear he would not pay. Now, nine months later, I receive a call from Perfect Service stating the former owner was no longer with the company and the service manager, who was so dedicated in helping me last year, was now one of the new owners. He remembered how I was treated and wanted to make things right as part of their new commitment to being the best. Almost one year later, they seek me out to apologize and make things right. This is truly an amazing demonstration in commitment to customer satisfaction. I never forgot how I was treated by the former owner... thankfully neither did the new owners.
