I have a black car and the last 2 days when I go out in the morning there was something sprayed all over my car these guys went above and beyond the call of duty to get these calcium type spots off of my car. I have the monthly car wash special but these guys did a great job. I usually visit the 280 location where they do a good job but these guys did a GREAT job on my car. Thanks guys

Overall

The absolute worst car wash. I paid for the 39.99 car wash for the sole reason that I wanted it cleaned well and I obviously didn't want to do it myself - why else would I spend $40? OK, so... apparently their automatic car wash is too high pressured and managed to get water and BLUE soap under my sunroof and into the headliner of my vehicle. The upholstered slider that covers my sunroof from the inside was drenched and had blue soap stains all over it. Although, I did not notice it until leaving because they conveniently had the slider slid back so that you could see through the sunroof which I didn't think much of because it was a sunny day. I would not have been so mad about the water getting in (even though this has never happened at any wash ever in the two years I have had this car) if they did not try to hide it. Also - I am bad about putting things in my door so I made sure to clean everything out so they could vacuum in the doors and clean. Did they? Nope. Still crumbs and such in the inside of both doors. AND my husband thought it was funny one day to draw in the condensation on the inside of the window... did they clean the inside of the window? Nope. His drawings are still there. Did they vacuum in between the seats? Nope. What did they do.. Not much of anything I paid for. I think they just ran it through the auto wash, wiped the water spots off, and cleaned the rims. SO, after paying my $40 I had to go buy upholstery cleaner and scrub my headliner to get their blue soap out of it (another $12) and then I had to go vacuum out the rest of the area they missed (another $2). So the sole purpose of going here to pay someone to wash the vehicle because I did not want to... COST ME $54.00 and I STILL HAD TO DO THE WORK if not more than I would have originally.

I took my soft top convertible roadster and they did a great job. Quick and efficient. Later I realized that I had lost the key fob to my other car while I was there. I called the next day and they had set it aside for me. They let me in early on Sunday (before they opened) and let me pick it up. They were all very friendly and helpful. The young lady behind the counter (Ashley) was helpful and seemed very happy in her job. Just a pleasure to be around these folks. I was so happy I came back later with my other car and had them wash it as well. Again, great job. Customer for life! Thanks!

I am responsible for maintaini...

I am responsible for maintaining a vehicle owned by the US Government. For over a year, I have been taking the vehicle for regular monthly washes at the Vestavia location. Today December 13, 2011 however, will be the last time.

For over a year now, the woman working outside, I guess she's the hostess (?) tries to upsell me. This despite every time I have told her I am not allowed to spend any more than just a basic wash. For over a year now I have been getting the wash for $12.99 + $1 due to the size of the vehicle. Today, I learned the most basic wash was only $6.00. That's fine. I'm allowed to spend $16.00 per month to wash the vehicle. As I pulled in however, she was smoking a cigarette and using a cell phone. She extinguished the cigarette by scratching it back and forth on the side of the building. She hurried over and started

I told her I have to use a credit card, she responded that she could swipe it outside. She returned to exclaim "We don't take fleet cards."

I tried to get my point across to her that I've been coming regular and it has never been a problem but she didn't seem to care.

She went to speak to whom I learned later was Scott, the manager. He didn't seem to care either about customer service. I restated my position that I've never had a problem before and he said "If it goes through fine." and he walked off leaving me standing there alone. Boy did I feel stupid.

The woman came back and I asked her once more to try and swipe the card. She was frantic saying "I'M NOT LYING TO YOU SIR. IT WON'T TAKE!"

I offered to go inside as I normally do, she wrote me a ticket.

The girl inside greeted me cheerfully as she always does and asked how I was doing. "I am frustrated." I said.

I asked who the manager was and she said Scott. I asked to see him, not knowing it was Mr. Concerned I spoke to earlier.

He came in and told the girl inside that he had already spoken to me as if to brush me off again.

The inside girl had to explain to him, the so called manager who should know what is going on, that the card would not work outside since there is not a keypad for me to enter the user ID and odometer.

So, I am sorry to say I will not be taking the taxpayer's vehicle back there, nor will I bring my own personal vehicle there again.

It's amazing the lack of concern I encountered today at what I thougt was a nice place. Boy was I fooled. The only nice thing about this whole debacle was the girl inside. She is always pleasant, greets everyone, does her job well. Hmmm..perhaps she should be the manager instead of Scott.

From now on, I will take the taxpayers business elsewhere.
