I just wanted to thank you for sending Ken out so fast and being able to help me the same day. He is such a hard worker and just a wonderful man. You all are very lucky to have him working for you. He got my 30 year old door working good as new.

I called Golden Garage Door Service to set up a service call on a Saturday. They offered to trouble shoot my problem over the phone before they came out. I was able to fix the problem myself. It was a short on the wall unit button. They didn't have to do that. They could have just made the service call. Instead I was able to fix the problem at no cost. When I do have a problem that requires a service call I will call Golden.

Chad - I want to thank you again for your help today. You could have very easily scheduled me for a service call. But instead, you gave me a few things over the phone to check, and sure enough, it was a loose wire. Problem solved. It is refreshing to know there are still some people in this world that are more interested in helping folks out, as opposed to sticking money in their own pocket, by telling them to tighten a screw.
