Set up an appointment for a Friday, waited till late afternoon, finally got a call that they would have to reschedule.
Set up a new appointment for the following Saturday to fix a leak in the system. Two guys showed up, one guy did all the talking the other dug two small holes around the leak that took around 20 minutes, but couldn't find the leak.
The next 30 minutes was spent talking to the supervisor about adjusting the heads so the flow would improve on the rest of the system.
He then hands me a bill for $240. Since I was late to an appointment, I paid the bill and called the office the next day.
I asked what their hourly rate was - $100 was the reply. I then asked how it was that I was billed $240 for one hour when the rate is $100. The lady took my name and number and said they would get back to me. I called them back three times over the next two weeks - "we'll get back to you".
