        4 other customers was in Captains D’S. The drive through was busy. We ordered catfish and a kid’s order of fish. 2o minutes later other was getting their orders. The person who took our order said the catfish was the hold up. I ask could I have something in place of catfish? She said they was cooking it now. The cook was overwhelmed and RUSHING food to the lady doing the drive through. the cook told me she could only go so fast. 33 minutes later, we got most of our food. I told the person who took our order as angry as the cook was, we was afraid she would do something to our food. 35 minutes later we get the rest of our order but did not eat it. Sad Captain D’S was one of my favorite places before today. The bad service and disrespect Earns a 1-Star rating and no return visit.

        At our Belleville, IL location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.
