McDonald's

Th drive thru sucks, the only person that can do anything is is the black lady that takes the orders-she is great. Always has a smile and very professional, give her a 5 star. The manager that has short hair with frosting all in the front is the worst manager McDonald's has ever hired. The workers that bag the orders can't read because for the last 3 months when I ordered biscuit, egg-white and NO CHEESE they always add the cold cheese to the biscuit. I have had several run ends with this same manager and she had did nothing to correct or resolve the problems with the workers on getting the correct orders. Her excuse is why do you have to yell , curse or get upset. How many times do you have to listen to a manager say that and NOT correct the employee and MAYBE place that person in a different position, no two people can be that dumb to screw up the orders that many times. I spend at least $25-40.00 per week between my husband and myself. I will never buy from THIS McDonald's in Belle Chasse again. Our business will go down the street to Burger King. Not that your manager or workers care. I always working with the public took care of the customer-they always right if you want to keep them coming back. The lines are always long even though you have 2 lines. Maybe the entire staff should be re trained and given some help in what the job is suppose to be and how well you can do it. Actually it should be a big minus rating and not even a one that's too kind.

This MC D's can't get your order right. Now that they have two lines it isn't any better. The people are the window have no manners.

This Mc Donalds is alway crowded and has very poor service.
