I went to Planet K in BEE cave today to bring an unused product there. I did not know my wife had also been there a day or so earlier to buy me the very same product for me for Christmas, It blew me away that she went to the same store purchased the very same product and then told me that their policy was to not give refunds but I could exchange it for something else but there was nothing I really wanted or needed. they REFUSED TO GIVE ME A CASH REFUND EVEN THOUGH I PAID CASH FOR IT. Therefore I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. very poor policy DONT GO THERE..Even the employees thought it was a bad deal on PLANET K's PART.
