This place is AWESOME!! They're really down to earth, they took their time to make sure they did everything to make me happy. I love love my new car, and appreciate that they negotiated my rates and all with the bank which I didn't even know was a possibility. I'll definitely be back and I'll be sending all my friends too! Thanks Mr. LaMarca, and Matt the owner is a really cool guy too! I'm a customer for life.

My early 2000's ford focus finally kicked the bucket and left me distraught and frantic to figure some kind of transportation out. I went up and down the auto mile on my day off dealing with the worst service possible from a stereotypical auto dealership, until I met Mr. LaMarca when I walked through the door at Nissan. He was so understanding and made sure I was able to leave with a new car THAT DAY! Best salesman I've ever met!

Leo and Dennis were really easy to work with. I bought the car based on what I saw online sight unseeen and was treated really well. It was the largest purchase I have ever made like this and they treated us well. Needed the upgrade and they delivered.

Awesome parts department!

Went in to get new batteries for my key fob and it took all of 5 minutes! Plus cheapest price by far. I had went to another dealership last time that charged me 5x as much per battery and had me wait 2 hours to do it! Very impressed with how quick and efficient they were as well as the rock bottom pricing that I have found to date!!!

Long story short, I went to a number of dealerships while shopping for my last car and Bedford Nissan was head and shoulders above the rest.



They treated me far better than 2 other area Nissan dealers and gave me a better price up front. I appreciated that and they earned my business.

Good honest people from the salesman to the finance guy. I knew I had credit problems, but they did their best to get me a loan and were able to actually get me a decent rate even with my problems. Definitely recommend.

I am thrilled with the purchase of my new Altima S. Bedford Nissan went above and beyond for me. John and James really made me fell like they wanted me as a customer, not just a sale. This is something that won't be forgotten. Negotiating the price on a car is always nerve wracking, but they really made it painless. I feel like I got a great deal on a great car and dealt with very knowledgeable people in the process.

Long story short, I am more than satisfied with the service I got at Bedford Nissan. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by Dan. He took me through the entire purchase process. It took a little longer than I expected, but I did need to get a loan. My car also wasn't worth as much as I thought it would be. The biggest thing was the price I paid. It was more than $27/month less than I was quoted at another dealer, so needless to say I'm very happy about that.

Ok, so I was very happy with the deal I got on my new Versa. I went in initially looking to get a certified used one, but was surprised to see that I could afford a new one on the budget I set. John Beal helped me and made the whole process painless. I am going to recommend Bedford Nissan to anyone who I talk to that is buying a new car.

Not only did I get a great lease on a great car at a fantastic price, but the handling was streamlined and efficient, something I can't say about other dealerships. I felt respected and important, and never felt like I was being held captive. I couldn't be happier! I'll definitely be back when my lease is up.

Good honest people

I was just searching through the listings and got a little agitated at the previous comment, so I decided to give my own opinion. The previous guy must feel the need to act like a big man to make up for something smaller, because I have done business at Bedford Nissan for 10 years, along with many of my friends and they are great. The service department in second to none. Always friendly, always accomodating and they always do what they can for me. They have helped me so much over the years that I owe them a lot. I have also worked with Barb in the sales department and she is great. Honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

This dealership is terrible!! My girlfriend went there with her leased 2006 Altima for the 30k service and they convinced her to do $600 of work on it. They insisted that the coolant had to be flushed, the intake manifold cleaned, the transmission fluid flushed, the battery serviced, etc., etc. when all it needed was an oil change. Basically they convinced her it needed the kind of service a 10 year old car needs. They also made her wait 30 minutes before they checked her car in. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP - they are LIARS and THEIVES that only care about getting as much money out of your wallet as they can!
