Paradise Nails

The owner of Paradise nails hates women. He has horrid customer service skills. He is rude, disrespectful confrontational and if you have any issue at all he is utterly adversarial. Ive gone here a few times and the place is close to my home clean and I thought nice. But each time I come in he is a total rude jerk. You can see it all over his face and by his demeanor. My husband and I went in for Mothers day and both of us got pedicures, the owner was his surly self as usual. We got our pedicures which this time were a bit to fast and not as detailed or time spent in as usual. No complaints but when I went home my little toe had a sharp edge so I filed off the outside sharp end and since I had shellac and french and my toe is sooo tiny it looked bad so I went back today Tuesday 13th to have them redo one LITTLE toe and this male owner did his best to make me feel lousy about my little toe and told me it could not be fixed rather than just say "sure we are so happy to fix that for you."I mean good glorious grief!! He finally reluctantly and in his surly attitude got Chi/Ivy to do it and she was happy to help me and did a fine fix it up.Dude who owns this is hateful and a meany mean-kins. Ive sent plenty of people to this place and you can be sure I will tell all my family, friends and clients to steer clear of Paradise Nails because this owners rude behavior and attitude is NO WAY to treat a lady nor any of his clients/customers. He does not deserve your business.
