Number One Express Chinese Restaurant

Didn't want to add a star but I wanted to say that I order from there a lot but this time i order and came back to get my food one of the cooks was digging up his nose and when i said something he kept doing it i couldn't believe it i told some customers that was in there people please... just be careful where you eat you may like the food. But that's not ok.please be careful

I ordered a general tsos chicken combo with shrimp friend rice. When it arrived in realized I only saw one shrimp... I called the restaurant and as I was on the phone with the manager I found two more shrimp. The manager assured me that he put at least 5 shrimp in the rice but I only had 3. I then informed the manager that I order from there all the time and that I'm not trying to cheat them for the extra dollar that I paid to have shrimp. He then put me on hold and told me that they will add 2 shrimp to my next order!!! Terrible customer service... don't have your food delivered and if you pick it up, check your food before you leave because they will cheat you.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD AT THIS PLACE!!! They have such poor customer service! The lady hung up on me several times when I was trying to place my pick up order and later refused to do anything about it to keep my business! I am never going back there. Jackie Chen's Wok on Van Aken Blvd near Shaker Square has MUCH BETTER chinese food than they do anyway.

This food was absolutely terrible! I ordered the Chicken and Brocolli and it had the consistency of jelly and tasted nothing like it should have! I couldn't even eat it and when I called in to complain they told me that it was impossible that it was that way, and that there was nothing that they would do for an unsatisfied customer. The man was rude and insisted on talking over me, I would definitely be careful ordering from them!!! I am disappointed that I had to give them one star
