As a former owner of a small business, I well know the need for professionalism, courtesy, and ethics. The owner of this business betrayed all such qualities when he resorted to the use of racial slurs to describe the minority cast of a play simply for expressing their freedom of speech.
Certainly, such an individual cannot be taken seriously in any business matter, as he lacks good sense and restraint. I would not trust an individual to perform any work for me.

In this day and age you must do better. To do better you must know better. So this is a teachable moment. If you are a business owner be very mindful of where your money comes from. In now way would I spend my hard earned money at a place of business where the owner openly makes racist and derogatory comments.

No business experience is needed. When the owner of this business is going to display racism. This company has been allowed to be fruitful for many years by people of all ethnic backgrounds. But, I guess your racism is more important than respect of the people who have kept you in business.

If you're a person of color using this place of business would be a slap in the face. The owner Jim is a racist, bigot and doesn't derserve your money or patriotism. Find another shop to do business. He has no respect for us and we have no business giving him our colorful hard earned money!

I never want to experience his service. I couldn't dare have someone around my home or family who think we are less then any other American in this country. It's 2016 and approaching 2017 in less than 2 months and we still have racist bigots walking around this country.

As a person that has been called out of my name for being Hispanic, for having features that resemble a Mexican (which I am not), as a person that has been on the receiving end of racism, I refuse to do business with a man who is a racist bigot. I will make sure to spread the word on Louisiana Glass and their racist owner so no one resembling a "nig" "muslem" or any brown person will ever do business with you again!
