        Jimmy Johns has very bad customer service. They told me that my order would be delivered in 30 to 40 minutes and when it had been 1 hour I called and they told me that it was out for delivery. I called back 1 hour and 30 minutes later and they still said it was out for delivery. They could not tell me how much longer it would be and did not accommodate me for the time I have been waiting for my food. I ended up having to cancel my food and order from somewhere else. I will not order from them again.

        There is nothing gourmet about this place...bland taste, served cold, no bread selection, limited toppings unless you want to pay more, no sauce choices beyond the usual selections. Okay priced, but really not worth it. You can make the same or better at home. Service is fake, limited seating.
