Gryder Discount Glass

When my landlord was trimming the grass, they had a rock fly up and break my back window in my 2003 Ford Excursion. The landlord setup a replacement back window from Gryder that very same day, and I arrived about 1 hr later to have the glass installed. Gryder immediately went to work on my truck, replacing the glass, and also performed a LA. state inspection for me at the same time as I was due. Within an hour, I had a brand new glass installed in my truck, cleaned of broken glass, and ready for me to continue with my day.

However, upon backing out, I noticed that the backup camera on my truck had been damaged. I went back inside and notified them. They inspected the camera, and immediately went to work on obtaining a replacement for me at their cost.



As a small business owner myself, I was overwhelmed with the professionalism and grace of the entire staff. These guys know what they are doing, do it well, and make it right.

Having previously called a competitor who, as it turns out, works out of his vehicle, I drove up to Gryder's without an appointment. The owner, who is a very pleasant, friendly guy took the time to patiently explain that due to the location of the impact, my windshield could not be repaired but would have to be replaced. The price he gave me seemed fair, and having seen my retired Coast Guard license plate went on to mention that I could get a 10% veterans discount. Less than 45 minutes later I drove off with a new windshield. A very pleasing consumer experience from a business I would recommend without hesitation.

I called safe lite for a repair on my wife's ford fusion. They quoted approximately $380.00 for a new front windshield. I told the operator (in a far off call center) I thought their price was high. She immediately lowered the price to approximately $330.00.



This sales tactic was off putting. What kind of markup must be involved if they could reduce the price so quickly.



I continued my shopping and found Gryder. I called and asked the price. Their quote was approximately half the cost of my first quote. I scheduled an appointment immediately.



They had my wife's windshield replaced in less than an hour. They even offered to inspect the car (sticker was out of date, hence the need for a windshield).



Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. They even gave advice and pricing for rock chips in the future.



I highly recommend Gryder to anyone in need of a windshield and/or inspection sticker. They'll be servicing me and my family's vehicles from now on.

They don't pay attention to the questions you are asking. Not professional! Try a different glass repair service.

Great service and fast. I went to get my front passenger side replaced they took less than an hour to get it done and lets not for get to mention their prices are great way cheaper than safelite.

To whom ever read the reveiw i gave this company, I withdraw everything i said in anger and give my most sincere apologies to Randy and Kenny they are very honest and professinal and will stand behind their work.
