He was so helpful and understanding of how stressed out I was with this being my first house and was willing and quick to respond to my 800 stupid questions. We worked with Julie Nichols and her team on two home purchases this year and I have to say that she is just awesome to work with! Both properties were multi-structure and difficult to appraise & get comps for; the first purchase fell through after 3 months of work because the appraisal & comps didn't match the seller's value of the property. The second took 2 months of work but went through and we now own a little ranch in the country! Julie worked tirelessly and directly with our realtor, their realtor, the county tax appraisal district office, and anyone else we thought could help along the way.
