(very important) We oil or grease bearings.Check for wear-belts,pumps,pulleys.wiring hot spots,Teflon guides,seals,gaskets,much more. . We look for problem,Then look for problem that caused the problem! We replace parts. We test using thermometer,Amp probe and other tools We developed. We sell as Refurbished Appliance W/ 3 month warranty on parts and labor! If it holds 3 months,It should last years-(our goal)- Not all appliances were created equally!! Some Makes,Some Models,And some Years are better than others!-Some are tough,but wore out! We all had these! We all had lemons! Do you have a lemon now? Since 1979-We know what is worth spending time and money on! We were open when they were built-We worked on them new, Now we work on the old!! Over 34 years to perfect our trade.         Took my dryer in today. They fixed it, good as new. I was in and out in 30 minutes and it cost about as much as most companies would charge just to come look at it!
        Could not be happier!

        Hello-Bill W/ budget appliance--We are trying to get rid of YP account (3 years now)--They keep grand fathering Me in--These people will not let us cancel!!--Too expensive for too little--I do not want anything that I cannot cancel--(what part of No don't they understand?) NO_NO_ NO__I WANT OUT

        We were in shop. I saw a dryer I wanted. We tried to get your Girl to go down on price! No way,She said something like this was a big Whirlpool and it was worth 150-- I went to ATM and paid her. You were loading it when She came out and said we had over paid her!! I checked my money. She was right.2-100 bills were stuck together!!-She wouldn't go down on price but,She didn't take my money !! You better keep that Girl ! Dryer is working fine.can't hear it run-Thanks

        We bought a washer and dryer from budget. They work better than the new ones we had! I wish that I had bought that refrigerator too!! We will be back soon as I get extra cash. See you soon. remember me- my little girl sat on your dog?( beautiful dog )

        I was in shop looking at refrigerators. I saw a elderly lady looking at front loaders, 250 to 300, I was dumbfounded when you told her to buy a $150.00 washer. You told her the front loader was a good model, but if it broke, she probably couldn't afford to fix it. I bought my refrigerator and left. We had to do a little cleaning but it works fine. I will be back, oh I did tape the ticket to the back of the refrigerator, thanks.

        I have had a few good encounters with this business over the years, great products. Have to warn you, don't try to haggle over the prices cause Mr. Bill ain't gonna budge and it will only get him mad, other than that great service and I will be back next time I am in need.

        I am quite pleased with the experiences I have had with Mr. Bill over the years, I have gotten a few different things from him including the side-by-side refrigerator I am still using almost 5 years later. Great products, good service. I will go back when I need something.

        I just bought a side by side refrigerator and had one repaired with Budget Appliance very happy with the service they go out of thire way to help and have a very good line of used Appliances i drove two hours to shop with them and will do business with them agin

        Dryer Repair

        I have to tell you about the wonderful experience that I had today having my dryer repaired. I bought my washer/dryer as a matching set at least three years ago from Budget. I have been well satisfied with the set. Last week my dryer started making this horrible noise so I had not been able to use it. I finally found someone to help me load it up this morning and take it to Budget to have it looked at to see if it could be repaired. They are the nicest, sweetest people over there. Just as pleasant as the day that I bought my set.



        Did not even think that it was possible to get it repaired in one day but the man assured that he could fix it today. He had a few ahead of me but he would make sure that it was done.



        The dryer was promptly fixed and he did in fact call me to come and pick it up. And wait until you hear the price. $50.00. And he apologized to me that it was not $30.00 but he had to go and buy a new part to put on my dryer. I was so happy about the service and price that I will be telling everyone.



        When I picked the dryer up, they even showed me the broken piece where I would know that he for sure changed it. Now, how many appliance repair places would have been honest and fixed my dryer when he knew that if it could not fixed I would have to purchase another one? There are not many businesses that honest these days.



        I am very satisfied and I want everyone to know that if you are looking to purchase any appliance that Budget carries, I would check them out. You can't beat the price or the service.

        GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

        I am a single parent and I needed to buy a new stove and refrigerator. I really couldn't afford to get brand new ones. Plus I didn't want to rent to own and end up paying more than they are worth. I shopped around and I got the best deal at Budget. They have QUALITY appliances at a GREAT price! The customer service is excellent. You dont have some stiff salesman breathing down your neck while you're shopping. All appliances are tested before you take them home!! I will definitely be buying more appliances from Budget and I will be suggesting that others do as well. You may be able to find appliances elsewhere, that is true but you wont find QUALITY like this.

        If im going to spend my hard earned money, I want QUALITY and a WARRANTY!!

        I am a single mother of two childern. I went to this business because I had a friend that told me about it. She said that she had her washer and dryer for 5 years and it still was working great. That the owner Mr. Billy helped her so I tried it out. I went in and talked to Mr. Billy himself which was very impressive to me that the owner would take the time to talk to me. I told him that I needed a washer and dryer really bad but I did not have a lot of money. He listened to everything I said and asked me what I could afford to spend. I left that day with a very nice washer and dryer and got it with in my budget. I have had it for 4 years now and it is still working good. I did have one problem with the dryer but I took it in to him and he fixed it for me and only charged me half price. Thank you Mr. Billy for helping me when I really needed it. I send all my friends to him. His employees even loaded up for me and told me to have a nice day. I will always be grateful for Mr. Billy.
