Bastrop Tire & Auto LLC

I LOVE this place. I'm a loyal customer for more than 10 years. I have had some horrible experiences OTHER places, Mr. voight and his team have always fixed my vehicle right the first time. I stand by this business 100%, along with many in my family. I"ve never seen owners be as involved as Mr.& Mrs. Voight. He monitored his techs regularly to ensure repairs were accurate. I don't have enough space to cover all examples of they're excellent customer service. I have shown up at his facility for something as little as unjamming the hatch on my 2002 Tahoe, a few seconds later the owner himself walked out an fixed it no problem. WOW!!! Next, I purchased a vehicle threw this facility, and there was a misunderstanding about re-registering the vehicle in my name. I came to Mr.Voight expalined my issue, without me saying another word, he spoke up an said this is completely our fault, I will personally go to the court house and fix it right now, I was so relieved , he apologized MANY MANY times an covered all my extra expenses. I didn't know TRUE great customer services existed anymore in this town. They are a prime example of true professionalism. I'll never take any of my vehicles anywhere else.

My Account Manager was out in the field when she blew out the front driver side tire on her box truck. We had the truck towed to Bastrop late that night to have it replaced. The next morning, I received a call from one of Bastrop Tire's employees telling me that when the tire blew out, it took out the breaks and that we really need to replace the other front tire as well. They had only one tire for the truck so they would have to order the other. I spoke with the service writer and owner and explained that my Accounts Manager really needed the truck back ASAP in order to do her field visits (her job). They called around to other Firestones in the Austin area and got us that tire the next day and the breaks were repaired before the tire even got to the shop. Now that's good customer service and in a business like ours, it's greatly appreciated! Thank you Bastrop Tire, we will be back!

I read the other reviews and honestly couldn't believe they were talking about Bastrop Firestone. I've had nothing but wonderful fast service from the guys there. Brian and James were life savers when my car over heated last year. I was new to the area and was so thankful for they're help. I bought my tires there too. They were higher than other places but I go were I can trust the people. Jeff is a sweetheart. I recommend everyone I know to go there and tell them Tina Jean sent ya.

Horrible service!! I dropped my vehicle off at 11:30 a.m. to get my brake pads changed and fuel filter. I don't live in town and single mother with three young kids so I asked how long and the employee said it would be three hours. So we waited and walked downtown and to the park to wait on my vehicle. After three thirty I return and my vehicle is just being pulled in to be checked on. So I waited with my kids in the waiting room. Then about five thirty an employee tells me that it turns out to that I had ruined a rotor out and my vehicle is NOT going to be ready until tomorrow at one. Are you serious!! I had been there all that time with my kids crying and bored for nothing!! I didn't even recieve an apology or any kind of concerns that I had been there all that time. So I have to make phone calls to get a ride home because I don't live in town and I couldn't take my vehicle the way it was. Then the following day I wait for one o clock to come around and I don't receive a phone call yet. So I call them at three fifteen and thier still not done!! I will not go back to them ever!! I will not send my friends or family there. Horrible service. I wouldn't recomend you going.
