As a business owner myself I find it hard to believe this business is still open. I specifically purchased and gift from the owner herself. I have to pick up the gift a week later and it was the wrong product. The owner argued with me that she provided the correct item although I adamantly denied and also had two other people with me at the time and confirmed my story. I was treated with disrespect and to the point where I was called a liar. I will NEVER visit this boutique again and to be honest the business should be removed from the tourist attractions listed for bardstown. Also one last note I want to personally thank the other businesses of bardstown for their professionalism and courteous.

I love Brandi's. They have adorable boutique clothing, and it's at a pretty reasonable price. The best thing about it is that they can monogram or personalize anything!

worse place in the world to shop. don't waste your money! They lie to you. Make you pay for stuff up front, say it will be a few days, and weeks go by. They don't answer the phone and they are not professional in the least. Move on. Do yourself a favor!!! You are forced to give them one star in order to leave a review. If it were up to me,,it would be negative stars. Do yourself another favor, read all these negative reviews before shopping here. Not one of them are POSITIVE!

I am so disappointed in a small town store and the way I was treated. I bought a dress only to find out that it has a hole in it. When I called to ask if I could return it due to the hole. The lady said I could only get in store credit which does no good considering I am from out of town. Then the lady proceeded to get attitude then hung up on me. I am all about shopping local but I will NEVER support her business again.

I was very excited when I bought the cutest dress for an event and Brandi's it was pretty expensive but I felt like it was worth it because it fit me so well, and surely it is a good product since it was pricey. I egerly got home hung my dress up. The NEXT day, which was the day of my event, I got all dolled up, slipped my new dress on and looked in the mirror for a while making sure that I looked okay in "certain areas." I walked out of my room to show my boyfriend and to litually walk out of the door, and he notices a rip in the seam of the dress. My heart stopped. 1) I am walking out the door 2) I just spent $50 on this thing and I JUST slipped it on. I slipped on some jeans and made a mad dash to the store ( Brandi's in E-Town). I was provided the WORST customer service that I have EVER had...and I work in customer service. I was told that I should have SEEN the rip in the seam when I tried it on, I was not offered and apology, or an exchange. I was told " the tag isnt on it anymore." Well DUH...I was about to walk out the door WEARING it. I was treated like a criminal...I liked I ripped the dress on purpose. I have had this dress less than 25 hours and and there was a rip in it from me slipping it on and walking to my living room. It is not about rather the dress a rip on it when I bought it...it is about the fact that they sell cheap over priced product and do not provide customer service. If I ran this store...crap like that would never happen. Now, I will say that they are fixing the dress for me, but it will take a week, which was not helping me in my current situation. SO at least I didn't throw away $50, but I was left at the last moment trying to find something else to wear to my event. I have never ever had something like this happen to me, and I will never again shop at Brandi's. An neither will a lot of my friends...and I have A LOT of friends in Hardin county, Brandi. Remember small little boutiques like yours is based on word of mouth...and I am running my mouth on how horrible your store and customer service is. And If I don't get my dress back...we will have whole another set up problems.

I ordered an outfit for my daughter on December 12. I thought it was odd that no where in my entire ordering process was I given an estimated shipping date but assumed since I didn't have any monogramming done that it would take 2-3 weeks tops. Well a full month later on January 12, I decided to email Brandi to check on my order. First I was told that a huge shipment was coming on January 15 and she was positive my order was in that shipment. I think she thought that would appease me and I would leave her alone but she was wrong. I kept emailing her, checking every couple of days. Her story has changed so many times that I can't help but think this business is either a scam or this Brandi chic is crazy. She is rude, unprofessional, and has enough time to argue with me over my $40 outfit when she should be trying to get her business together. I was told this was a PREORDER--(yes, in all caps) and that I wouldn't receive it until May. Really? May? So half a year after you order something you finally get it when your kid isn't even the same size anymore?? Then I was told it was discontinued and I would get an immediate refund. Guess what? A week later and I have yet to receive a refund or apology from Brandi. This business is a total scam. I looked at the BBB and they have had several cases with them. I will research any online business before I order from now on, and chalk my $40 lost to a lesson learned. Beware of Brandi's!!

I ordered a monogrammed weekender bag from Brandi's Boutique Shop on April 18, 2013. I was told that it was $45 and the shipping was free. A month later on May 14, my bag finally came in, however, the post office told me I had to pay $11 for shipping because Brandi's had not paid it, or I could refuse shipment and have it sent back. I sent it back and messaged Brandi's and told them the issue--apparently they had only paid for 6 oz of shipping and the package was two pounds. They told me they would talk to the shipping department and get back to me. May 30, they came back to me and said the shipping person was out of town but that they would send it as soon as the person came back. Several weeks pass and I asked a few more times where it was with no response. June 21, they said they would give my information to the shipping people again and let me know where it was--still no response. It has now been 2 1/2 months since I ordered my bag and now they are not responding to any of my emails or Facebook messages. I don't even care if I get the bag anymore, I just want my money back so I can be done with them.

I returned an order that was the wrong size and requested an exchange. The did not send the correct size or return my money. They are thieves.

It Took 7 Weeks To Receive Part Of My Order And 3 Of The4 outfits I Received Were Completely Wrong. I Still Haven't Received The Other3 Outfits I Ordered.They Will Not Even Call Me, Only Deal WitH Me On Facebook. Its Been Almost Three Weeks And Nothing HaS Been Done. Beware Of ThiS Company!!!!

I ordered a bag and had it monogrammed. There was a misunderstanding on how long it was going to take for the bag to be ready, which led me to tell a sales girl that I would not be doing business with them again on a phone call. A few minutes later I got a phone call from Brandi letting me know that I was wrong and she was right! I couldn't believe that she called me back to argue with me! Of course I'm going to maintain that I'm right, and she is going to think that she is right, but what ever happened to customer service being that the customer is always right?! The only reason I think she should have called me back would have been to apologize for the misunderstanding and any problems it caused me! That was so outstandingly RUDE of her to call me to tell me that I was wrong, and this from the owner of the company! I think that is the worst experience with any store I've ever had!
