Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The representatives are very nice and know what types of cars I like and process me pretty quickly. Been renting from them pretty steady for past 2 years!! Unfortunately, I had a new one this time and I was in a hurry. HURRY being the operative Word!!! Which i let the rep know about up front!! I had a 7 hour trip ahead of me and it was already 130pm. I had called ahead to let them know that I would not be there at 1230pm but was still coming. I get there and find out they have given away my rental but they still have another one I can use. Fine, I will take it. I always use pre-paid fuel option and like a full gas tank. This one was not full. Ok, I will wait. The rep takes the car to be filled up and comes back. Ok I'm ready to go. BUT wait...he's not ready to release me. WHY? Because he wants to try to sale me on taking the insurance option for towing! No way?? For real? Yes. He mentions it FOUR times and I am thinking: what did u NOT understand about my first NO. On the 2nd time I'm thinking: what language MUST I say this in for you to understand? On the 3rd time I'm thinking: why do u think u are better than your co-workers and can sale me this and I have NEVER taken it? On the 4th time I'm thinking I am about to become that rude customer people refer to. He FINALLY gets it. So we finish the contract and I drive off in the little push-2-start car and run to the bank. Get to the bank, turn off the car and to my DISMAY find out - no keys!!! What? Mr. Salesman has the keys in his pocket!!! I then have to wait 30 minutes for him to get there!!!!!! When I'm only down 1 exit???? I'm hot now!! So my whole trip was pushed back by Mr. Salesman by an hour and a half!!! Mr. Salesman (Caleb) have you ever heard the saying: the customer is always right? You should have let me leave sir while you were ahead!!

I rent from this Enterprise location 3 times a month. The staff has always been prompt, courteous and very helpful. I will continue to rent from them and have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Really good. Very easy going and preferable. Any way much more helpful for us. Always we spect your good service.

I went to the salon the other day as a first time customer and was very happy with my experience. The salon was beautiful and very clean! The employees were nice and on top of that I loved my new hair cut. Their prices were reasonable especially for the service you get. I have to give them 5 stars and I will definitely be going back.
