This was the worst experience of my life. The car needed service 2 days after pulling off the lot and it's almost impossible to get in the service department before the fake warranty ends. The salesman was very unprofessional. Would be no starts but I had to give at least one.

These people sell cars where fix up just to get it off their lot and then three is a problem. I brought a 2009 Chevy Cobalt and within a week the check engine light came on. It turned out to be a problem with the transmission and the extended warranty that is offered is as grippy as the dealership. When you call the dealership about the problem you don't get a return call from them.

Rip offs. BBB rated D. And now I no why. Girlfriend purchased a car from there and it had really strong air-fresheners in it. Throw those out and found out why heater core is bad and they covered it up with the air freshers. 1200.00 to replace. Thanks for bing dishonest guys. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. You most likely will be sorry....

Waste of time dealer! Drove hour and half to come see a truck, got there and they didn't have keys to truck.. They knew I was driving from far away looking to buy and didn't do any work on there part to have vehicle ready to be shown! Guy didn't even apologize or have an excuse.. Real p.o.s!

The worst scam dealership. They took full advantage of us and sold us a faulty car. Never would recommend anyone here. Really poor organization and the salesman are not professional and not timely.

Bought a car which I paid cash for only to find out that the car, which was supposed to have been inspected, was not. Needless to say I had it inspected and it failed. Bought the car in may and still have not received the title. Now they are calling me asking to come in because of something about the police and the car reported stolen. What the heck. Do not buy from this dealership.

Awful service bought a car 4 months ago and I can't still get my title from this guy's or plates they change to much their stories and no one resolves anything not to recommend.

I was recommended this place by a friend who bought a couple of car from Reality Sales and told me they were good. So I called in, spoke to one of the sales guy and I filled out their online application.



They took 1 day in getting back to me (I had to call a few times) but they finally called me and asked me to come in. I sat down with one of the bank guys, a bigger guy named Juan, who talked to me about my job, my income, the cars I was interested in and he told me what my options were, because of my credit, which was in the dumps.



After 30 minutes or so, he found me a me an approval with a company called ACE Motors. The payments are good, I have GAP Insurance, a 36 month vehicle warranty and the car is running good! No complaints after 8 months.



Overall, I had a very good experience. The two ladies they have there were really nice, very friendly and when I wanted my radio fixed (CD player wasn't really working), they helped me find a place to help me do that. In the end, I'm very happy with my car, very happy with how they took care of me. A positive buying experience, after several that have not been so positive.

This is my first used car I bought it from reality Auto sales very professional staff and wonderful car Honda accord I bought it from them even my credit was in bad shape also , I am super happy and thanks for them..... I can says A+++++++

I definitely have a positive sales experience, I've had some very bad experiences with buying cars (new and used) but Reality was totally different. I did my research and saw the SUV I wanted and Alex handed me the key and let me test drive it. There was no pressure and no haggling over the price which was good. And I was able to look up the AutoCheck report on the truck and everything before making a decision. They never pressured me to get a certain vehicle and I was in control of my decision instead of the other way around. As with the past times that I've bought a car, there is a lot of paper work and it tends to take a few hours to complete the process but that is to be expected Juan was very friendly and touched based on everything in the contract with me. Overall I'm very pleased I went to Reality Auto Sales it is a great place to find a dependable car at a reasonable price.

I am very satisfied with the purchase of my car. It couldn't get any better. I'm very positive about me going back an looking forward on getting my hands on another outrageous beautiful car that this place has.

When i was looking for a car to buy on Craigslist I had seen several ads by Reality til' i saw the one car that really got my attention and it was with them so i went ahead and called and Alex helped me so thoroughly with showing me the car, my application and i was sold. He took me to see Juan and he got my contract done so quick as fast as these things can go and I drove out on my 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a big smile on my face... I recommended this place to my friends and family and already my cousin went and bought a car from them too!!!

Great Price and Fantastic Service Truly no hassle car dealership I still can't believe I was able to buy a car get it financed and be driving away within 2 hours. If it's this simple why does everyone else make it so difficult. Alex helped me fill out the credit application and in about 10 minutes he was letting me know what I was approved for, my monthly payments etc. so I went back with Juan and finished the deal. I thought it was too good to be true but it wasn't. I love my car and have referred 3 of my friends to buy cars from Reality too

I am so satisfied with my purchase at Reality they were very helpful throughout the whole process, they all work together as a team and that's something you don't see everyday, I was surprised how Jose and Alex worked in sync and then Juan was so friendly along with the Tag lady Yanet she was really nice and funny.... I bought with them about 3 months ago and haven't had not one problem with my car, got a letter in the mail offering me a discount to get my 2 years Tag with Yanet thru their Tag & Title service it was so quick, I recommend going with them!!

Definitely a positive sales experience when I bought my pre-owned 2005 Acura TL here. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Jose is very patient and extremely helpful, showed me around to look at their selection and then sent me to a 2nd location not too far to look at the rest of their inventory where Alex helped me thoroughly as best he could. The financing process was a little long but Juan was very friendly and kept up easy conversation. Overall I'm a very satisfied customer

To it may concern I got two cars from reality motors and I was real happy with both of them . And I even got my brother to get him a car from here also and just like me he is real happy with his truck too. Do if I was to get another car or truck I'll come back .
