I've been going to him for more then 20 yrs. on and off. Dude is just way too cool, He treats you like a person and not like a number.

Dr. Gaston is the best dermatologist in Baltimore! The only reason I can't give him 5 stars is because his office is too small to accommodate all of his patients! He has apponinment days as well as walk in hrs for minor "emergencies". I have never been to a Dr. as caring, concerned & knowledgeable as Dr. Larry Gaston!

Dr Gaston is the best Dermatologist i have ever seen. went to his office for the first time for an allergic reaction that had beenn appearing occasionally around my mouth,on my neck an certain areas on my body..he prescribed me some cream that no other Dr told me about and the spots cleared up within two days. I was totally amazed.. Would reccommend him to anybody. just set up an appointment for a possible mole removal on the back of my leg thats been there for a long time that im self conscious about. cant wait for the outcome.

Dr. Gaston is one of the best Dermatologist in Md. I recommend him to everybody but you will have a long wait in the office but it's worth the wait.
