        If I could give no stars I would. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting for orthotics that should have taken two weeks, and now it's been over eight weeks and I still do not have them. The office staff simply tells me they will call when the orthotics come in yet no one offered to check on it for me, I had to continually call for over a week and finally demand they check on them, that's when I found out that after seven weeks, they hadn't even been ordered. Don't use this company!

        The staff is friendly and understanding. The gentleman helping me Chris was professional and excellent. If you ever need to get an orthopedic device this is the place for you. Thank you Chris and staff.
