Glenmore Service Center

I thought i had bad experiences before but this place takes the whole cake. We dropped our truck off to have an engine put it, was told a price and it would be a jasper engine. was told it would be around three days, we left a deposit. a week went by and no one called to update us, we were patient so we stopped by to ask about it, we were told maybe the next day, we waited a few more days still no information was given we were told its still up on the lift so obviously its not done. we were treated like criminals...so rude no customer service there, a small hillbilly shop with no idea of how to treat a customer. after almost three weeks and no calls we called and were told everytime we called the person we wanted to talk to wasnt around..told to speak to three different people no one knowing anything. i called and was told it was done had been done and they were looking at transmission, is said no do not touch it i have a warranty on our transmission and if they touched it it would void warranty. apparently they had also replaced several other parts without our knowledge or permission. we went and picked it up paid the outrageous price of almost 5000, no warranty ..they said they didnt know where it was. a hand wriiten receipt and took it right to our transmission shop, there is damage done to our vehicle by this shop and after research we discovered it was not the engine we were told not the jasper engine we paid for. it was a cheap engine which we still paid the jasper price and for the extra work we didnt approve. we are so upset and will be filing a lawsuit.. this place should not be in business!!!!

Red necks!! They are only friendly and helpful to their own kind. I'd rather spend an extra couple of cents then to come here. I got gas from here and as soon as I got down the street my car starting trembling real bad. I took it to the mechanic and they couldnt find out what was going on. After I burned the gas out I tried a different gas station and the car was fine. These people do something to their gas I guess to make it stretch. They are messing up people cars!!!
