My first child's first dental appointment-- I couldn't have asked for a more perfect visit! The waiting room was welcoming and kept my toddler occupied during our short wait. All staff was warm and answered my many questions. Would highly recommend this practice to other parents of young children!!

Our son, age 8 1/2 loves going to the dentist at Cross Keys so that says it all! Our first visit was for emergency reasons--and occurred right around a holiday--but the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. These initial experiences definitely solidified our decision to make Cross Keys Dental Associates the regular/full-time provider for our daughter.

My experiences at Cross Keys Dental have always been very pleasant. My children have been going to this dental office for several years, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. My daughter is 5yrs. old and she had to have a stubborn tooth pulled. Dr. Dworkin and his staff made it a priority to make her feel comfortable, relaxed, and not afraid of the procedure by using different terminology and taking her mind off of the entire situation. Dr. Dworkin removed the tooth in no time and we were both pleased. We relocated to PA six years ago, and my family still travels the distance to this office because of their level of professionalism and customer service.

What a great experience. My daughter was seen right away. After, we had to hang around for a little to play with all of the fun toys in your office.

The receptionist is very polite and friendly. She is ready to answer every question that I have. I also love the staff and the dentists here. They are very friendly. I will stay t cross keys dental as long as we are here at Baltimore. I love this place!

This visit was delightful in every way! Dr. Clemens is the gentlest of dentists, and everyone--from the hygienists/dental assistants to the front desk staff--is so friendly and attentive. I have been a patient of this dental clinic for 6 years now, but had not been back for the past 2 years. Wow, what a difference! The place looks spotless, the staff is very courteous, friendly and professional, my check in and check out were very fast, and both front and back office staff always had a big smile on their faces.

I have to have my teeth cleaned every three months. it has been that way for years. Barbara is the best and most thorough hygienist that has ever worked on me. I have never looked forward to going to the dentist, but I look forward to seeing her.
