Dunkin'

One star is to much. Horrible service! I went once last year for a simple iced coffee. They didn't understand me and asked me how is it made! Now its June 2012, ninety degree weather so I figured I try them again. No such luck. This time I even pointed to the picture. They still didnt understand. Really? If you don't understand the product you're selling get out of the coffee business.

As far as I'm concerned one star isn't deserved. I walked into this store earlier today to grab a coffee for my grandmother who looked forward drinking a cup of coffee. I asked for a largest extra cream regular sugar

By far, my favorite dunkin donuts in the Baltimore area. The staff is super nice and friendly. Very helpful and patient. The place is always spotless. The food is fresh. Parking is amazing and it's in close proximity to other stores.

Dunkin' Donuts has a very good variety of delicious FRESHLY-baked donuts & bagels. The coffee is amazing. Delicious breakfast sandwiches, too!
