I have been bringing my car here for engine maintenance for a very long time and they always treat me and my car very well. Never any issues and they have great prices.

STAY AWAY! AND AVOID!! Save yourself the time, energy and over spent money. I don't know about everyone else experience but mines was far from perfect. The owner JERRY Ripsoffs his customers. He's rude, and doesn't care about his customers. They're very misleading, on the phone and when you get there there story changes. They charge way above average for poor service and they left my car unlocked with the windows down in a dangerous in a dangerous neighborhood. I've had a friend give me a bad review on this place as well.

I love this place. Jerry is awesome. Anyone who says anything bad about One Stop Auto probably doesn't pay their bill on time or at all. I don't know of any other auto repair shop that offers in-house financing with no credit check. I definitely recommend One Stop Auto!

I was introduced to this Auto Repair shop a few years ago when my 2001 ML350 Mercedes stopped running. My best friend referred me to One Stop Auto Repair. They took care of my car problem for cheap and my car ran just like new. My whole family and all of my friends bring cars here ever since for any car services. Super nice and honest, responsive and understanding, and always treats their customers with respect.

They are true experts who are honest and helpful. Very reasonable with repair costs and always go above and beyond for customer service with great tips and recommendations. The shop may not be gigantic, but it's always my first and only stop shop for all repairs.

The owner Jerry was very enthusiastic and nice when it came to me getting my car fixed at one stop. He stated that its no other place that would fix my transmission for his price. He was even diligent of getting my car towed and diagnosed in about 1 hour. I was surprised of how quick he was. Now after all of this.....my car was supposed to be ready in 4 days and yes I did get a rental for those four days myself. Four days came and went. Now all of a suddent my transmission was not communicating with the computer. He did not know what the problem was so I inisted that he pay for a rental in which they did. After having my car for 2 weeks he finally found out what the problem was. A crack in the wires which would cost and additional 250. Paid for that...got my vechicle back the engine light was on, the airbag light was on and the horn sounded crazy. Brought the car back his response tranny is fine , engine light is on for some other issue, and he can check my airbag for an additional 77 bucks. and my horn was just going back. Needless to say none of this was an issue until after my car was fixed. He even told me like a joker with a straight face that it is commom that the engine light comes on because everything has to settle. Huh.. so after spending 2000 on repairs and a warranty my engine light should then come on????? What type of outfit is he running! His attitude was so nasty once he had my car in his possession. He has no customer service skills and is only about making his money. He talks very fast and is very short with his customers. I would not reccommend one stop to anyone.My car was not properly diagnosed from the begining. Ohhh I forgot to mention that he took my car to a different company to do the electrical work without my permission and then told me I need to talk to them about the work they did. Huh. I got my car towed to one stop not another company. Lace up your shoes and run as fast as you can!!!! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!! BTW i WOULD RATE THEM 0 STARS BUT IT WOULD NOT LET ME!!!
