Horrible experience with the lease. Read it carefully. They can change their terms anytime and charge you hidden fees. When I contact management about these concerns they stalled for a week while promising to reply with answers. They ended up making excuses on why they can reply and refused to answer any of my questions. They told me to get a lawyer to "interpret" the lease. Yeah... this place is shady.

Please save your money and continue your search for a apartment! To start they are building another apartment complex directly across the street so be prepared to be woken up at 6 am Monday threw Saturday! Second the walls and floors are paper thin if can literally hear my neighbors flush the toilet! Oh and don't complain to management they will do nothing! Third, every apartment has granite countertops... That are not sealed. They have stains and you can see the water marks! Fourth, I have personally had to throw out $200 worth of food because they have yet to fix my refrigerator correctly. Seriously take my advice and continue your search! Wish I would have read reviews before I signed my lease!

This place has all the amenities you could be looking for but absolutely the worst management ever!



This is the 3rd "luxury" building I've lived in and have done tons of research so I'm aware what else is out there in the downtown areas if Baltimore. This place has the looks, but they have gone through 5-6 office personal in the less than 1 year that I've been here. They have posted rules about noise and pet policies that they do not enforce so pets run free in the courtyard jumping all over furniture and relieving themselves in what is supposed to be a common area. I have pets, so I appreciate a pet friendly building, but I don't want to hear barking all hour of the day, nor hang out in a courtyard where dogs do their business.



The noise levels in the building are terrible!! You can hear everything from the hallways and upper and lower neighbors. Not to mention that since its FedHill people love to get wasted at all hours in the courtyard.



There have been dog fights and people fights with no nightly security to prevent anything. And management does little to fix anything while they are here!



I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you're looking to move back into a college dorm life!!
