I would give zero stars if I could. There office is by far the worst i have ever experienced. Complete lack of concern and disregard for their customers needs. Doctors are great, but NOT worth the headache that comes with dealing with the office staff. Go somewhere else and save yourself so much time and hassle. Optical will not return your phone calls. They are dealing with children with major vision issues who NEED their glasses, and it doesn't matter how many messages you leave, they will not call you back. if you happen to miraculously even get the phone answered, you are treated as if its no big deal it has taken multiple weeks to get customer service. I left messages over a 3 week period of time with optical stressing that my child's glasses were broken and her school was being affected, with NOT A SINGLE PHONE CALL. I left messages over a week with every dept, NOT A SINGLE PHONE CALL. When I finally got ahold of someone I found out glasses had been ordered, but it was the wrong pair. Which means they were receiving my messages and not even bother to call their customer back.

I been with this office for a little more than 10 years. The staff is nice. They are too slow, they check you in and then forget about you. I took my daughter glasses for repair because have warranty, and is week too and I'm still waiting. They told me were going to be ready last week I went and nothing. I was told Monday, and they gave excuses and still nothing. Also, they take forever to answer their phone calls. I tried 3 time this day, and finally answer and they told me they might received them tomorrow. I schedule an appointment and they told me the soon as they can is on December. That's why I decided to try a new doctor. Good luck to you if you decided to go with Dr. Suter.

All the staff is very professional. Dr. Suter is excellent with special needs children. Vision Therapy is fantastic and has improved my child's reading to the point she no longer needs glasses. It's worth it!

I really enjoyed seeing Dr. Suter and the entire staff. Everyone is very professional and helpful. I have since taken my daughter and son. We are all very comfortable with Dr. Suter and her co-workers.
