Worst experience I've ever had with any type of business. Installation was horrible and have had nothing but problems.

Great service! Management made me feel comfortable by offering me a place to sit while i wait for my car. The technicians were also very helpful, and informative with giving updates on my cars status as i waited for my alarm to be installed. Will refer anyone to come and get their audio/alarms here.

I got my Alarm, Stereo System, & various other things here. The service was amazing, the store owner tried to give me the fairest deal and offered me products in my price range instead of showing me the highest end equipment. In addition, the technician tried out all of the parts he put into the car prior to giving me the car keys. I have tried to get work done in other shops but I always end up regretting it. If you want a great deal and great customer service, go to Stereo Center.

Nothing but praise for Stereo Center. Great service & fair prices. I have had my Yukon as well as my 2013 Harley Davidson limited there. Pioneer stereo plus navigation installed in my Yukon, and a sound stream amp plus Titan speakers installed on the Harley. As you know, a mans Harley is like a child and I won't let just anybody touch it.

I was referred there by Red Carpet Car Wash to repair an item they broke. They installed the part for 1/2 off and did a great job. Very nice people there.

I have been a customer with Stereo Center since 2007 and their excellent service has not changed for me since then. In 2007, I had a tube subwoofer transferred from my old car to new one. They got it done quickly within the hour and securely strapped it into the trunk. They even organized all the wires and cleaned up the trunk!

After my tube-sub broke down in 2009 (note that I did not buy this tube-sub from them directly but had it for 8 years prior), I went back to them with a new car in 2010 and asked to get an amp/sub installed. I was very skeptical when I walked in because I wasn't sure what I was looking for, but the guys working there were very welcoming and patient. I let them know my budget and they hooked me up with a new amp/sub/box which I bought from them in-store. They got the job finished within 2 hours as promised. When I went to pick up my car, it definitely sounded very different. I asked them to make some adjustments and felt like I was being really picky about everything but again, they were patient and fixed it up without any hesitation. Took me about a day to get used to the new Sub and I realized that I had forgotten how awesome music can sound; I can never go back to regular audio!

I felt that the only downside was that they would try to sell me more expensive things or not let me know what many other products/options were available. I let them know my budget and they just showed me one or two products within that budget range rather than asking me if I was looking for anything in particular in regards to sound/depth.

Either way, I am very happy with their overall service. I am reassured knowing that if any problems come up with my amp/sub, I can just drive back to Stereo Center and they will get the problem fixed

Great Custom work Stereo Center has done all my audio and electric customization to my truck. The great thing about them is that they have a great imagination. If you need something customized they will give you great ideas to satisfy what you want.They have the best prices and great products to fit your vehicle. When i was little i walked down the street to the store and saw a green truck the ground shook i thought it was an EARTH QUAKE this green truck had a system i never found out what was in their but it must of been expensive i told my self one day i would have a system. Many years passed and certain things happened in my life that prevented me from reaching my goal when it was time it months to find the right store i looked everywhere they all wanted to much money or wanted to sale me something i didnt want i almost gave up my dream so i saw one more place i didnt check i expected to get the same result but it was different i was greeted like family i wasnt pressured on buying something i didnt want but asked me what i wanted how much i wanted to spend and they made it happen just wanted to say thanks Stereo Center in Bakersfield for making my dreams coma true i got 2 w-7 twelve 2 mono block jl audio 1000/1 amps 6 by 9 boston all the way ARound alpine head unit epic center 2 optima batteries and a power cape and it bumps

great customer service, i recommend this place to all my friends so far i got work done on my three cars with STEREO CENTER IN BAKERSFILED they been good to me and there price and installation is outstanding.

they hooked my car with pioneer navigation system they saved me $200 and the the sales person did show me how is my system works he took about half an hour to show and explain everything .
