I went for a contact lense exam this past March. I Really like the Doctor & was anxious to try a few brands to find which would work Best for me!
I am Still waiting for them to get in my Trial pairs! I have called the store repeatedly & am always assured it will be dealt with & then Nothing!
I sent 2 emails to the Company & received nothing but 39, Yes that's 39, of the automated reply emails stating they received mine & a member of their staff would respond soon. That was the 17th of June & again, NOTHING!!
Sent another email today telling them I expect it to be resolved w/in 48 hours or I'm contacting BBB as well as local news & that I expect to be compensated &/or I want my money back along w/compensation for all the time & frustration.
We'll see what happens!
They have quite a number of complaints against them. Wish I'd checked ahead of time!

I've been trying to schedule an online appointment and EVERY field I filled out was correct. However, it kept saying invalid information and my email address is correct and after 30 minutes of getting frustrated just to schedule an appointment I gave up. There site is very difficult and I called just for them to say "can you please go on the website and fill out all your information, thank you"....
I explained to the person I talked with that's the reason for my call and her reply was "Are you sure your filling it out correctly?".....
I told her that's why I'm calling in because there site will NOT let me enter my correct information
Her reply "I'm sure you forgot something on it and to try again, thank you"
I told her that I'm not stupid and all my info is correct and don't worry I won't will going to this place for anything.
Now after reading the reviews I'm glad I found another place.
There business is ridiculous in everyway and there website is a DAMN joke. I would NOT recommend them to anyone at all

I will never come here again the only reason I came is because I had the 3-year membership and when they ordered my contacts after 3 week they kept telling me they weren't in, and it's because my prescription was so high was the reason for the delay... I paid $280 and didn't get my contacts until after a month later!
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I'm so disappointed in this place. I came in they did the eye exam and ordered my glasses and they were due in on the 10th and it's now the 20th and I've called several times and today I finally spoke with a nice lady who informed me that the problem is the frames I chose are on back order. So I've been waiting a month and still no glasses and now I have to go pick out another pair and wait again for those. They don't know when my frames will be available. I'm so upset!!! I don't have time for this nor did I want to wait another few weeks.

You are greated with a warm smile amd friendly staff that want ro help. They have a great selection, designer frames, and kids frames.

An amazing place to get 2 sets of glasses with people who care. They offer great prices and accept Insurance.

I would not recommend none of my family members to come here. They are so unprofessional. They for got to put in my contacts order twice. So basically I got them in a month and a half. Garbage .. I'm really upset. Just wasted my money. DONOT GO HERE. CHEAP AINT SO CHEAP!

I had a great experience for being my first visit to a eye doctor! Doctor was very helpful and friendly. Also, Stephanie B. And Robert were a big help in helping me find some glasses that suited my taste! Overall I enjoyed my visit and had a great time looking for some glasses! I do recommend to check them out if your in need of a eye exam or glasses!

Better Business Bureau rates Stanton a “C”. Go somewhere else or don’t pay in full until satisfied with your order. The assistants could not read the prescription on my old glasses, the Eye Dr. said the assistants were new and basically didn’t know what they were doing. My two pair for $69 came out to be $450. Just know that they will sell you up on your glasses and you will spend more than $69 unless you can wear a very basic prescription. Said I only wanted one pair of glasses and Phineas (the manager) said “It’s the same price whether you buy one set of glasses or two.” Ordered glasses and called to see if they were in. I was told by Sarai that they should be in the next day. Drove 2 hours round trip to find out that only my sun glasses were there, so I told Phineas I would pick up both pair when the other glasses came in. Called the next week and was told by Destiny that they had already been picked up by someone, not true, told her that Phineas was holding them. My other glasses came in and when I went to pick them up, NOW Phineas could not find my sun glasses. I will not waste another 2 hour trip to pick them up. Called the Corporate Office in Florida, when you dial 888-792-8588 you hear a recording and then you are disconnected, you don’t have the option to leave a message. Feels like a scam to me.

Stay far away from this Business.The sales pitch is great,but not honest.Was told that eye exam was 29.00,after exam,chose 2 pair of glasses buy 1 get 1 free.Ok then upon choosing they came back with astronomical price over 500.We decided not to pursue.So then had to pay additional 15 to cover eye exam which wasn't stated for beginning.So I asked why they advertise it that way. She states because thats how management requires them to sale it.Will advise many as possible to the non integrity of this business.

First of all, there is no such thing as a "free" eye exam in the St of California. It's illegal as they will explain. You pay for your exam & they take a discount somewhere else. I wonder what they do if your exam is normal. Also there are 2 racks of $69 frames which look like kid's frames and are pretty flimsy. I did find nice frames for the same price. The optical dept. was good, waited @3 weeks for my glasses. Now 4 mos later, frame broken, waiting for new pair. They honored the warranty with no problem. However, I am told it will be one month.
