Silver Taxi

Called for a delivery like advertised. They are sorry they dont do delivery. Im disabled. BAD SERVICE!!!!! LIERS
Frankly im tired of the total lack of customer care these so called paid businesses provide. I. Worked c.s. for years, boy what a disaster the future holds.

Just want to give a big thank u too my driver Jesse . I had made my appointment for 4am to take me down to the air port . My driver was 15 minutes early to pick me up really reliable service will use them again.

This taxi company sucks they never came for me I called an kept ignoring my calls called from different phone and picked up

i would not use any other cab company besides Silver taxi. they always pick me up no matter what even if they are a few mins late sometimes but hey whos perfect? i dont mind waiting for them because i feel very safe and comfortable with their drivers. plus their vehicles are always clean and have working AC which is just wonderful. thank you Silver Taxi!!!!!!!

Where to start- waited over 40 min, then the driver took forever to drive to my destination- it was supposed to take 10 min. Needless to say I was late!! If you're not in a hurry, then suck it up and take the bus. Smh

They have really nice clean cars with AC not like yellow cab. I have used cab companies many times this year and I am relief to have found this one. After using almost every taxi in Bakersfield, Silver Taxi has been the best, there cars don't stink, you can trust the drivers, one time I even left my iPhone by accident and I didn't even realize it till I was picked up again and the driver told me. The taxi driver ruined my trip!!! The driver was 20min late getting us to the airport, and we missed our flight, which was extra awful because we were flying with our toddler. Then, the driver took off before my son had even been buckled in his seat. He was also talking on his phone the whole time and looking down while dialing. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

After having a bad experience with another cab, one of my friends told me about the service Silver Cab provided I called and they picked me up on time, they were their 10min early.

This cab is great, they have good music and their cabs always smell good. The drivers have fun doing their job and you feel like your getting more for what your paying for, cause taxis arent cheap

i loved to ride with silver taxi they are prompt to arrive and they set the mood just right! they play good music you can really relate to them i definately think it is worth my money having them drive me around town
