I was a tenant of At Rezone for over 9 months. My experience with the company and staff was great. I paid my rent on time and in return I got great service from Rezna. She treated me with respect and attended to any of my concerns very promptly. If I was to rent again they would be the first company I would choose. Wost property management if ever rented from. Do not recommend anyone to go through them. Crappy repairs, unprofessional, and rude people.

I own 22 properties, and Rezone manages all of them for me for the past 3 years. So far I'm happy with them. They save me money by giving me the option to make my own repairs versus most other management companies who will take care of the a lousy repair and than charge me extraordinary fees for them. I'm glad I decided to go with Rezone. They are fair with both owners and tenants. Thank you Rezone, I wish I knew you before
