I can vouch for this business to have one of the best customer services ever. The furniture is not cheap in quality. Great prices and friendly atmosphere. I recently made a purchase and was greatly impressed. They have a giant selection to everyone's needs and styles. Carolyn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on specifics on what I was looking for. I can not wait to go back and make my next purchase. I'm thinking... A king size bed!!!! Awesome place awesome people.

After extended research on the furniture industry in this town, I wanted to check these guys out. I was very impressed with how friendly and welcoming Vincent was when I first got there. And how Patient he was : ) I do ask a million questions. I wanted to buy a trundle bed for my daughter, but a good quality one and that is exactly what I got. Great deal to start off. Then after asking another million questions I ended up deciding to buy a sectional as well. After all the research I did I can definitely say that this store sells higher quality than most of the loud barking stores I have seen. You can just feel the difference in the material as well as see it. Caroline was such a character, very sweet and also patient with me changing my mind about three times HAHAHA. The boss Rocky even impressed me with how friendly and down to earth he was. I was happy to get a special order coffee table to go with my new sectional. I am 100% SUPER HAPPY with the whole experience and will be back to buy more in the near future. Highly RECOMMENDED!!!

I am not from Bakersfield, I live in orange county, I was visiting family in Bakersfield and they took me around, the look of Jordan home furniture got my attention and made me stop in, I loaded my truck up with furniture for the best price in the world. these guys were friendly and they sold me exactly what I needed for a lot less than I expected to spend. I absolutely love Jordan Home Furniture. I was looking for the perfect dinning table & when I seen their posts on Facebook, I knew I had found the perfect one! Not only did I find the exact table I was looking for, I was also able to get the extra 2 chairs to accommodate my family of 7. But to make things even better for me, they let me keep my table at their store until I was all moved into my house. They gave me great customer service & will definitely be returning for any more furniture I may need in the future!

WORST FURNITURE PLACE EVER
The only shining star in this place the sales girl, Monica ?.
The managers only look for dollars and have NO concept of Customer Service.
1/2 of our dining chairs broke at 2 1/2 months after purchase. They were assembled by Jordan Furniture contracted delivery people. By admittance the screws were overtightened which led to them supports breaking and landing 4 of our guests to the ground during a dinner party.
The manager said there was no warranty and that I could buy new chairs.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Better off going to the guild or craiglist to buy furniture!...place is one big joke...and the idiots that work there help and talk to other customers while they help you.
....and they never answer there phone...once you get inside store u have to squeeze through furniiture to even get around..its truly a ghetto store ..with ghetto bitches working ...never buy from here ever!!promise u will regret it.

Came into this place and the manager loay was cool as hell. We got along great and he was very helpful in everything I needed even with me being very picky. I ordered a full bed trundle and a kitchen table. He did not have what I wanted in stock but the turn around was only 3 days. He gave me a really good deal and I would recommend my friends and family to this place! I will be coming back for a dinning table for my dining room. This is the place to go!!

Went to buy mattress the person who helped us was also helping others and never explained lease agreement. Try to pressure things up and have you sign quickly. They write you an invoice with one amount and on the lease it states another. They tried ripping me off with cancellation restocking fee of a matress i never got.Misleading and dishonest business they are not straight forward of there business.

worst place to get furniture at.. never going back

I bought my two sons a trundle bed and dressers. They delivered and set up the same day! They love it! Customer service was awesome, I was very pleased and would recommended anyone to them!!
