I recently got married on September 17th, 2016 and purchased my flowers at BFM. When I first went in I wasn't sure what to expect, I had previously been recommended to go to BFM by two others; and I'm so glad I did! The store manager, Anna, was incredible! She gave me tips, showed me how to wire flowers, and gave me a wonderful sample. These guys are professional and they'll get the job done right, they even deliver! I have a few friends getting married me will definitely recommend BFM to them. Ask for Anna!

This is the MOST fabulous Flower Company on the planet! Don't bother looking anywhere else if you want to send an amazing arrangement for the best price anywhere! Their customer service is by far the best I have experienced with ANY company I have ever dealt with, not just flowers. Other retailers could take a lesson from these guys on getting your monies worth and the friendliest service...PERIOD!

I was so excited to use BFM for my nieces 16 birthday. I live out of state, and saw the reviews and thought using BFM would be so much better than 1800flowers. Boy I have never been more wrong in my entire life. Gabriel Kaehler is recorded promising a refund for his inadequate service he admits he provided.

on 2/5/15 I ordered flowers by calling Gabriel Kaehler of the Bakersfield Flower Market. I had good faith in Mr. Kaehler, I trusted him based off his reviews. We agreed upon a certain color for the flowers, being turquoise. ( if you look on Yelp and the BFM web page you will see a variety of various colors-INCLUDING turquoise) Mr Kaehler didn't offer any other color options just in case turquoise was unavailable. After realizing my order was NOTHING what I asked for or agreed upon with Kaehler, I immediately called mr Kaehler and decided to record the conversation due to being initially deceived. Mr Kaehler immediately takes responsibility for his wrongdoing, and immediately offers me a refund. After I realize I've been lied to, I agree that a refund is best for this situation. here is our recorded call:

After numerous attempts to email, call and communicate with MR Kaehler he refuses to communicate with me any further besides stating that my refund will take 48 hours business days (I also have that recorded, as well as Mr Kaehler denying his business lisence number), it is now Monday 2/9/15 and my credit card statement shows no sign of being refunded or in the process. I have opened a case with my Mastercard, BBB, FTC and they are also investigating the charges which were promised to be refunded by Mr. kaehler. Mr Kaehler refuses to stick to his word of refunding me for a bad inadequate service he provided me with, and initially agreed and took responsibility for the inadequate service he provided. I would still like my refund..which appears to be nonexistent due to Mr. Kaehlers deceitfulness and lies. It appears I have been scammed by Mr Kaehler and his business. Would never recommend this business to my biggest enemy. Mr Kaehler is well aware on how to scam customers from out of state, which is exactly what he's proven to do. (again, if you look on his yelp page there are photos posted by Tina V who I contacted and asked how much she paid for, she stated $60 for her rainbow roses which INCLUDE TURQUIOSE as you can see in the photo), I was charged $83.75 for the photos i posted on this page, Mr Kaehler even describes the bow which had so much time and effort and special material to make the beautiful bow you see I posted.
