Really a bunch of nice people at this office. Makes going to the dentist office actually enjoyable if you can believe that! Am very happy with my new smile. Glad I chose this group.

Customer service is superb! From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in great hands! Treatment options were very well explained. I am usually one to ask A LOT of questions. Not one time did I feel rushed. A+! Dr Kim and his assistants were sweet and understanding of my needs. I feel confident that he recommended what is best for my dental health.

These people really take good care of me. I go every 6 months now since I don't worry about going to the dentist anymore. No longer have that dreaded dental anxiety!! My teeth and gums have definitely improved so much thanks to their help and I actually get compliments about my smile now.

I really love coming here. The office is clean and the staff is so nice. I will definitely continue coming here and will bring my daughter when it's time

Dr. Bang is an amazing dentist. I've been her patient for more than 8yrs. now. She's very professional and provides exceptional service. Everyone there is very friendly, helpful and courteous.

I personally had a great experience at this office with the oral surgeon the have. The office from my point of view was clean, friendly, and more importantly so attentive to my sons fears at have some teeth extracted. From start to finish the oral surgeon was helpful and caring about how my son was feeling during the entire procedure.

Very impressed by this office and the professionalism of the entire staff. I felt very comfortable there and that says a lot going to the dentist! The dentist and hygienist were gentle and friendly and really took the time to explain everything. Glad I found this office for my family. Will be bringing my son in for braces next.

Very poor ....they have over billed my insurance not once but a couple of times. Fortunately, I review my bills and brought it to the billing department attention and it was corrected. But why would they bill my insurance for work not done? The currentl dentist I am assigend to is a transfer from private practice. His famous words when he has to repeat a procedure is its going to cost more money but it will be the best

Don't get me wrong in every business their is the good bad and ugly and I can say , I have been assigend a couple great doctors at Bakerfield Dental but the common conclusion is they can't tolerate the low pay and poor quality of patient care Management promotes. So they move on.

My husband and I have been going to Bakersfield Dental for about a year now. Recently I received a bill for almost $300 for services that my insurance would not pay. When my husband had the procedure done, we paid our part of the bill and we were told the insurance would take care of the rest. Well, the insurance didn't because this procedure was only covered every 2 years. If we had known this from the beginning, we would have never had the procedure done. I wrote to Bakersfield Dental Group and they reversed the charges. I was so happy. They are a business you can work with and who will help you out if need be. Thank you Bakersfield Dental Group. You are the best.

Bakersfield Dental Group is THE WORST medical experience I have ever had in my entire life. They charge for things they don't do, refuse to reimburse you, rude, rude rude front desk people. The office manager will lie point blank to your face. She told me things to my face then wrote something entirely different in my chart notes. Everybody I have spoke with who has used this group has basically the same story. Hours to get simple procedures done, over charge, rude rude rude!!!

I have have 2 teeth worked on by Dr Bang. Both teeth she put a crown on then later they had to drill threw to do a root canal then just patched the hole up with a filling!!! which in my opion ruined the integrety of the crown. I still have a slight sinsation in that tooth but i would rather live with the pain then to ever go back. They also take forever they every time I had an appointment I was then no less than 4-5 hours EVERYTIME!!! The front desk ladys are old hags!!!! Rude as hell!!! Make sure you read your finacial agreeements before signing because they will do unessasary work on you and bill you not your insurance. They are frauds!!! They have lost me and my entire family as patients!!!! Going is not a chance worth taking. Everyone I know have had very simaliar experiences!!!!
