I should have listened to the previous posts, but I thought that the price on the used car we wanted was too good to pass up. I have bought a couple cars before and my family has owned a dealership in the past so I knew what I wanted before going in. After the nice (but completely wrong about everything legal) salesman worked out our deal, we went back to the finance person (which is really just another salesperson btw). I told him which credit union I wanted to finance the car unless he could find a better rate. He couldn't, so he agreed to that credit union. He then completely and unprofessionally FREAKED OUT when I said that I didn't want to buy an extra warranty. We signed anyways after threatening to leave if he didn't stop pestering me. A week later we received a letter in the mail from a different bank explaining that they had our loan. I was LIVID! There's more to this but I've reached my character limit on this site.

A couple weeks ago I was out car shopping, and decided to take a look at what larry miller volkswagen had to offer. After test driving a few of the cars, my salesperson started to become pushy. She put too much pressure on me, when really all I wanted to do was check out my options. I never want to feel pressured into buying something, therefore I decided not to buy a car from them.

They charged me $160.00 to install four spark plugs.......outrageous.

I had my Jetta serviced here not only was it cheaper than the local service shop in my neighbor hood but they fixed an unrelated issue with my radiator for free. Awesome.

I just recently purchased a 2010 Jetta TDI Cup Edition. It only has 600 miles on it and my front passenger tire got a bubble in it. I took my car to the dealership where I purchased it (Avondale) and they said they could not help me, and sent me to discount tires. Needless to say, it is under 1,000 miles still and under complete warranty for up to 100,000 miles. I went to Discount tires and they said, they could not help me either because I did not purchase the tires there. I feel they did not even try to help me considering this will be the 2nd time I've had to take my car there. The service manager just told me they could not help me! After you have made your purchase this dealership does not care anymore about you. They try to get out of helping you, as much as they can. How dangerous it can be, having your front tire blow out at high speeds! Instead I was given the run around without any help or compassion from the place I purchased it from.

I had my 2003 Volkswagen serviced with this company 4 times.The new vehicle came back missing pieces (Covers and nuts)The last time they serviced my vehicle and failed to put the air cover back on and I drove it for 30 miles before I realized I had to assemble the vehicle.Finally, I gave them one more chance when I had need of a new diesel engine (12K repair) They were inflexible, and were taking on extra charges above this huge expense. I paid 300 dollars to them because of storage fees??? and estimate costs??? and had it towed to another dealership. I refused to let them service it. Consider my opinion of them very very low.
