couple years ago I went here and they took my insurance card to see what was covered. Then told me nothing was covered and charged me a whole lot of money to be paid before my first appt. because of the pain I was in I didn't question it. when they tried to charge me more I called my insurance company. My insurance company had no record of my being there-they had not been contacted at all. I went to Stag's and asked what was going on and was told that the insurance company never ok's visits so they don't bother. I had my insurance company call the office and they were yelled at and hung up on. My insurance company actually would have paid 100 percent. They asked Stag's to submit the papers and they would not. they told me to leave the office and refused to treat me for what I already paid for and refused to refund my money.
