USA Kung Fu Academy

I want to start by saying joining Austin Fitness Martial Arts is one of the best decisions Ive made. I started my first class April 15th and it is now June 16th; I have lost 16 lbs and gained a lot of strength and energy. I take Kung Fu and Kickboxing 4-5 times a week and plan on taking more. Also I want to add that my eleven year old son joined at the same time and he enjoys every class with the younger students and is working hard in one of the adult kickboxing class with me.
