Happy soon2be x resident. F you don't mind loud construction, holes in your tires leading to flats and lack of response, concern or honesty fm staff this may be your dream apt! Can't wait to be gone!!!
The short summary is that this property is extremely poorly managed. Their lack of organization and competence in the handling of my lease application (namely their failure to actually deliver a lease to me despite that fact that I paid all fees and I had received approval over 2 weeks in the past) led to my discontinuation of the leasing process. Despite the fact that their own poor management led to this discontinuation, they refused to refund any portion of my security deposit or admin fee.
I would strongly recommend against anyone leasing here; if they can't even be bothered to complete the process of acquiring new tenants how can you expect them to care at all about any issues that you might have once you are locked into a lease? Obviously they won't.
Throughout the process of investigating this apartment complex I was never able to be helped in person without having to wait in the lobby for substantial amounts of time (on 2 of the 3 occasions I had to wait for 45 minutes and over an hour respectively). Getting email response or call backs was largely impossible. They often only have one person in the office on the weekends meaning that residents and prospective residents alike will have to wait around for the leasing agent to return from showing other prospective residents the property (one resident who had to wait while I was there spent over an hour and half waiting to just retrieve a package).
