The Garden Room

My husband had an eye appointment next door and while waiting, he decided to go to the garden room to find me a present. He came home with two ridiculously over priced, no name, cheap quality scarfts. When I went to return them the next day, the owner or manager without explaining things, decided to give me a store credit. I explained that it was a mistake on my husband part and that we don’t shop there. She said she would refund me this time. A few business days later, I still see a charge and not a refund in my account. I will be calling later. The store it’s beautiful if you like older lady stock up kinda tacky style. It doesn’t have a welcoming feeling and it’s a bit hoarder looking. Not a place I would even enjoying looking around. I rather shop at Berdorf, NM or Saks if I want to pay those prices for brand new items.

Beautiful dress, extremely rude owner or manager. She refused to address a mistake she made on my mother's dress. Dismissed it, threatened to sell it to someone else once it was paid for, and resulted to name calling. I'll never let another family member shop here again and I suggest you do the same.
