Terrible experience. I took my 5th wheel RV to Robert to have the rear and side view cameras (which I supplied) installed. He confidently assured me that he could do it, but then he mounted the side view cameras down at the bottom of the walls, and zip-tied the rear camera to the ladder! When I said I had wanted a professional, permanent installation on the body of the RV, he insisted that in order to do that, he would have to remove the entire rear end (at least 8 hours labor at $90/hr). This, of course, is not how it is done at all. I had intended to let him finish installing the monitor in the truck, then find someone experienced with RVs to properly install the RV cameras, but then Robert saw my prematurely posted one star review (earlier, which I removed after speaking to him) and became angry. He initially said that they would remove the cameras they had already mounted on the RV and not charge me. Then he kept repeating that he would find a way to fix the rear camera that he had tied to the ladder. By then I had lost trust in his ability, and was afraid he would try to remove the rear end of my RV as he had said, so I hurried over to rescue my poor 5th wheel from any further damage. I now have the holes on either side of the rig where they mounted the cameras way too low that need to be repaired. None of the cameras was connected, the monitor was not installed, there were wires snaking around my brake pedal in the truck where they hadn't finished the installation, and wires lying in the bed of the truck, not hooked up. To be clear, they would have finished hooking it all up in some manner if I hadn't felt the need to stop them in order to prevent any further damage to my RV. They charged me $950. No cameras connected, wires hanging everywhere, holes in the RV to be repaired, and $950 in their pockets.

I went with Sunshades based on other user reviews. Great staff; didn't try to up-sell me. Better value than the other area shops. I highly recommend these guys to all my friends!

I had the guys at Sunshades Windows Tinting and Auto, install my in dash dual din radio, alarms system and Sat. sys. They did a great job. They made the install of my Ipod conn ection, and USB connection easy and convenient. It is what a I would call a clean install. They use quality parts and labor to do all their work. I was extremely satisfied with their work. And that says a lot, because I am very picky with the way things are done!!!! The only thing I would say about this guy is that he would rather turn work down than do a shabby work. So if you are looking for a really cheap job forget this place though his work is very reasonable!! I personally recommend them!! Again, something I don't do lightly.

If you go by their shop you will probably find they are working on installing window tinting on New Cars from several dealers here in town and you know that they would not keep coming back if either the product or service was going to cause a customer issue in the purchase or acceptance of a new car.



It maybe a little hard to find tucked away off of 183 on Roxie Drive, just north of the Lincoln Pavilion dealership, but it is worth the effort.
