This is an awesome and highly rated place to board your dogs or cats…… if you want your pet to return home DEHYDRATED, HUNGRY, with massive DIARRHEA and in total DISTRESSED. Not to mentioned, the POOR and CONFRONTATIONAL customer service and lack of skills to deal confer pet owners.



SOCO pet lounged elegized my dog peed in his own bed 2 times, something it has never happened in the last 3 years that we had boarded our dog in various facilities in cities such Las Vegas, San Francisco and Denver. I was never informed in anyway of these 2 accidents, even though, I took the initiate to call to check in everyday. Without consent, the lady in front desk decided to wash his bed and his $150 "dry cleaning only" fur that is used as his blanket which is now completely destroyed.



There was a string of excuses but not one apology. Also, worth mentioning, the person in front desk constantly interrupted and talked over me, which made the situation more challenging and more upsetting. I never received a call from this business to advise that our dog was not comfortable, nor sick nor under stressed and causing him to have accidents in his bed or not eating well....way to do business!!!! you should learn that the best service is that one that is proactive and anticipate your client's needs.



My dog Zeus requires day and night medication, at this point, based on fact he came back with diarrhea, I doubt it was administered at all or that he was possibly given a different type of food than his own.



Recap: I was misinformed of how my dog was doing. I'm not confident his medication was administered as instructed. Apparently my dog peed 2 times in his bed; either he was sick, under stress for an unknown reason, or was not given enough time to pee when he was taken out. A decision to wash and dry his bed and fur was made without my consent or reading care instruction, causing unreversable damage to it. My dog is dehydrated and with diarrhea and under stress and returned home with a leisure in his nose (pic attached)



I am sure anyone who loves his/her pet will avoid this place and search for a boarding facility that will perform based on your dog needs and your clear instructions. Avoid the pain and frustration and look for a different kennel!!!

Hey everyone! We recently visited Soco Pet Lounge for a groom for our dog Chelsea and we loved it! The staff was very nice and she came out looking like a million bucks. We could tell from the way she was strutting around when we picked her up that she really happy to be looking and feeling good too. We will definitely be going back for other services too. We've got a vacation coming up so we'll be boarding there as well.
