        Overall

        I love the menu!

        I got some dolmas and fries. The dolmas were moist, which rocks, since some dolmas can be dry. The dolmas came with pita bread and the pita bread burst with flavor and freshness! I haven't eaten many better pita breads!

        The fries had a Greek seasoning that enables them to stand out from the fries every other establishment offers.

        This place is authentic Greek from what I know!

        The host and waiter made sure we were happy.

        Our party feared this place wouldn't have bathrooms and bottled water given the recent winter calamity Texas faced, but somehow they anticipated our needs and served us.

        I grant Santorini Cafe 5 Stars!
